观赏芍药花瓣提取物抗氧化活性评价
Antioxidant activity evaluation of ornamental herbaceous peony petal extract

Abstract
In order to clarify the antioxidant properties of Paeonia lactiflora extracts in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions,the contents of total phenols and total flavonoids in 26 common cultivars of ornamental Paeonia lactiflora were deter-mined and the antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo(C.elegans)was evaluated.The results showed that there were significant differences in the contents of total phenolics and total flavonoids in the petal extracts of 26 cultivars of Paeonia lactiflora.The content of total phenolics in Hongyanzhenghui was the highest,which was 182.52 mg·g-1.The con-tents of total flavonoids in Hongyanzhenghui and Danfeng were the highest,which were 29.51 and 29.54 mg·g-1,re-spectively.The crude extract of Hongyanzhenghui petals showed the strongest 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhyd-razyl(DPPH)and 2,2'-azino-bis-3-ethy lbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid(ABTS)free radical scavenging ability,the EC50 values were 5.53 and 140.90 μg·mL-1,respectively.Zhaoyuanfen and Jiangshanruhua had the weakest scavenging ability on DPPH and ABTS free radicals.There was a significant positive correlation between total phenols and total flavonoids.The con-tents of total phenols and total flavonoids were significantly negatively correlated with DPPH and ABTS EC 50 values.In the oxidative stress model of C.elegans constructed with juglone,the flavonoid extract of Hongyanzhenghui petals(PPF,50 μg·mL-1)could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in C.elegans and alleviate lipid peroxida-tion caused by oxidative stress.关键词
