旋转效应下弹性波在压电半导体介质中的传播
Propagation of elastic waves in piezoelectric semiconductor media under rotational effects
摘要
Abstract
Considering the rotation effect,the propagation characteristics of quasi shear waves(QSH wave)and carrier waves(CA wave)in infinite space of piezoelectric semiconductors are discussed.The basic equations of P-type piezoelectric semiconductor materials is analyzed,their dispersion equations is established and solved,the model of all possible waves propagating in the piezoelectric semiconductor material under consideration of rotation effect are obtained,namely QSH wave and CA wave,and then the wave velocity of QSH wave and CA wave are given.Through numerical simulation,it is proven that the dispersion of QSH wave and CA wave is significantly affected by rotational angular velocity,steady-state carrier concentration and bias electric field.关键词
