摘要
Abstract
Based on Henderson-Hasselbalch equation of acid-base equilibrium,matter conservation and proton conservation were used as basic principle,the function relationships between titration index f,negative logarithm of equilibrium concentration pX,distribution coefficient δ,sensitivity index η,buffer index β and[H+]were determined for acid-base titration of amphoteric matter respectively.Taking the system that H2A-was titrated with OH-or H3O+for example,to avoid solving equation of higher degree for[H+],Excel was used to solve data sets(pH,f)and(φ,f),Origin was used to draw pH-f and φ-f curves,simultaneously,the characteristics of titration system was analyzed concretely.when titrated to the stoichiometric point,pH and pX of titrated substance existed jump,distribution coefficients δ of titration product which was the primary style was greater than that of titrated substance which was the secondary style,sensitivity index η and buffer index β existed extremum.关键词
