Abstract
Taking a certain typical river basin as the research object,digital twin technology is adopted to construct a dynamic collaborative scheduling system for flood control and drought relief.An integrated digital twin framework of"monitoring-modeling-simulation-decision"is proposed.Through high-precision hydrological modeling,real-time data-driven and multi-objective optimization algorithms,accurate prediction of flood and drought disasters and optimized allocation of resources are realized.Through the actual case verification from 2021 to 2023,the system has increased the flood peak flow reduction rate to 29%,the drought resistant water supply guarantee rate to 83%,and the utilization rate of reservoir water resources to 89%.关键词
