Abstract
The braking of the hoist gate opener usually adopts the mechanical brake method.The mechanical brake components of the brake are affected by various factors.Based on manual intervention and feedback braking practices,and relying on the existing hardware equipment,taking the abnormal rotation of the hoist motor as the research object,a solution is proposed to automatically interpret the abnormal rotation signal of the motor,convert the abnormal rotation speed signal into a control signal,and take emergency braking measures through the installed control actuator.This provides a reference for the management of sluices of the same type.关键词
