摘要

Abstract

The integration of childcare service and kindergarten is a systemic breakthrough that promotes the holistic restructuring of the childcare service system.The core of it lies in the construction of a continuous support system that covers the entire development cycle of children through systematic reconstruction,resource integration and service synergy.Specifically,China's integration of childcare service and kindergarten has gone through the stages of systematic separation,system creation and integrative reconstruction.However,the current practice still faces contradictions such as fragmentation of the management system,disconnection in curriculum articulation,disparity in teachers'capabilities,and superficially implemented synergistic co-education.For this reason,a systematic support framework that caters to the developmental needs of children aged 0-6 should be established.This can be achieved by innovating its management system,optimizing its mechanism,clarifying the integrated curriculum of childcare and early childhood care,integrating the teacher system in it,and constructing a co-education network for the integration of childcare service and kindergarten,so as to provide important guarantee for the high-quality development of the population.
