摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aims to introduce the 0-3 Years Infant and Toddler Care micro-credential program at Hangzhou Normal University, explore learners'experiences with the course, and evaluate the effectiveness of its implementation. The findings are intended to inform the development of an undergraduate curriculum system for 0-3-year-old childcare and the cultivation of professional talent in the childcareindustry. Methods The construction and implementation of the micro-credential program were reviewed.A convenience sample of 23 learners who had completed the program was selected, and semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather insights into their learning experiences. Results Based on the concept of integrating healthcare and education, the course structure consists of six modules:infant psychological development, basic infant care, infant nutrition and health, prevention of common diseases and injuries, sensory integration training, and parent-child interaction.Analysis of the interview data yielded three key themes:the innovativeness of the course structure, the practicality of the course content, and suggestions for course improvement. Conclusions The micro-credential program effectively enhances learners'overall competence and professional competitiveness, laying a foundation for the future development of undergraduate childcare programs. However, there remains room for improvement in both course content and teaching methods.关键词
