国内外托育服务人才队伍建设的研究现状与发展趋势
Research status and development trends of talent team construction in childcare services at home and abroad

Abstract
Objective This study compares research progress in early childhood care(ECC)workforce development between China and international contexts to inform evidence-based qualification systems and training frameworks.Methods Using bibliometric analysis with CiteSpace visualization,we examined 2 186 articles(2014-2024)through theoretical,policy,and practical lenses.Results Publications showed two-phase growth,increasing from 1(China)and 20(international)in 2014 to 205 and 280 in 2024.Collaborative networks exhibited low institutional density(0.0037 China vs 0.0074 international),with emergent core clusters(36%total output).Key domains included competency frameworks,career development systems,and quality assurance mechanisms.Conclusions While China's ECC workforce research shows accelerated growth,systematic development requires enhanced structural coherence.Strategic recommendations propose establishing tiered professional standards aligned with international benchmarks,implementing articulated training pathways bridging academic preparation and workplace learning,and developing dynamic evaluation systems responsive to demographic policies.关键词
