基于WHO框架的婴幼儿家长养育照护能力调查与分析
A study on nurturing care ability of infant-toddler parents based on the WHO framework
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of nurturing care ability among infant-toddler parents in Hangzhou and preliminarily analyze its influencing factors based on the WHO nurturing care framework, aiming to provide an empirical basis for developing scientific and rational strategies to enhance parental caregiving capacity. Methods A total of 472 infant-toddler parents receiving health checkups at Hangzhou Women's Hospital were selected. They completed the caregiver's nurturing care practice questionnaire covering six domains(nurturing pattern, healthcare, nutrition and feeding, responsive care, play experience and safety and security).Univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis identified influencing factors. Results The total score of parental nurturing care ability was(79.79±11.73)points.Among the subdomains, responsive care[(84.95±17.88)points],nurturing pattern[(84.26±14.30)points],and safety and security[(81.94±13.54)points]approached a good level;healthcare[(78.94±12.23)points]and play experiences[(77.23±18.24)points]ranked in the middle range;while nutrition and feeding[(73.83±14.16)points]had relatively lower scores.Further analysis revealed that children's age, daily parental companionship time, paternal education level, maternal education level, and annual household income significantly influenced parental caregiving capacity(P<0.05).Conclusions Parents of 0-3-year-old infants and toddlers in Hangzhou demonstrate an above-average level of overall nurturing care ability, yet require targeted improvements in nutrition and feeding domains.Evidence-based nurturing care support programs should be implemented to optimize early childhood development.关键词
