婴幼儿家庭养育压力与照护行为的潜在类别分析:X市托班的一年追踪研究
Parenting stress and the patterns of parenting behaviors in families with toddlers:a latent class analysis for an one-year longitudinal study in daycare centers of city X

Abstract
Objective To describe the potential categories of family caregiving behaviors of infants and toddlers,to verify the effects of parenting stress on the potential categories of family caregiving behaviors,and to provide a scientific basis for targeted guidance of family caregiving.Methods Demographic information of 282 families with infants and toddlers in nursery class was collected;parenting stress of families with infants and toddlers was understood at baseline and after 1 year of follow-up,and the index of child care environment(ICCE)was applied to measure infant and toddler family caregiving behaviors.A latent category analysis model was used to explore the latent categories of infant and toddler family caregiving behaviors,and a logistic regression model was used to verify the effect of parenting stress on the latent categories of family caregiving behaviors.Results Sixty-nine parents who reported high family parenting stress and 213 who reported low family parenting stress,and family caregiving behaviors could be categorized into a high-response group(232;82.3%)versus a low-response group(50;17.7%)based on the ICCE measurements.Parents in the high stress group were more likely to have family caregiving behaviors in the low response category compared to the low stress group(OR=0.37,95%CI=0.19-0.72,P=0.003).Conclusions Family caregiving behaviors can be categorized as highly responsive and low responsive,and parents with high parenting stress are at higher risk of using low responsive caregiving behaviors.It is recommended that a high priority be placed on providing high-quality responsive care for infants and toddlers with active promotion of high-stress parents.关键词
