摘要

Abstract

The diagnosis and intervention of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)still face many challenges worldwide.This mainly including time-consuming diagnostic processes,high costs,and inconsistent screening tools.Studies indicate that by the age of 2-3,children with ASD have already exhibited social attention deficits,and their eye movement trajectories when observing social scenes differ from those of typically developing children,providing important evidence for early screening.As a non-invasive and precise measurement tool,eye-tracking technology has shown tremendous potential in the early screening and diagnosis of ASD in recent years.This paper analyzes the development of social attention and cognition in young children and introduces the global applications of eye-tracking devices in early ASD screening,providing a reference for the development of rapid,low-cost,and easy-to-operate ASD screening tools suitable for different countries and regions.
