"互联网+中医药"模式在孕产期健康管理中的应用效果
Application effect and satisfaction analysis of internet plus traditional Chinese medicine in maternal management during pregnancy and childbirth

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and satisfaction of the"internet+traditional chinese medicine(TCM)"model in maternal health management.Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted with 1 208 early-pregnancy women in Hangzhou,divided into an observation group(internet+TCM model)and a control group(standard western medicine management).The observation group received TCM constitution identification,personalized health education,and multi-channel follow-up,while the control group followed routine care.Results The observation group demonstrated lower incidence rates of gestational diabetes mellitus(12.42％vs 16.72％),cesarean section rate(45.03％vs 51.32％),and postpartum depression risk(6.79％vs 12.42％),along with higher satisfaction(85.43％vs 62.75％)compared to the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P＜0.001).Conclusions The"internet+TCM"model effectively improves pregnancy outcomes,reduces depression risk,and enhances maternal satisfaction.关键词
