基于母婴健康联动的早产儿数字化管理平台构建与应用评价
Construction and application evaluation of a digital management platform for preterm infants based on maternal-infant health linkage

Abstract
Objective To develop a digital management system integrating maternal self-management with preterm infant developmental outcomes,aiming to improve offspring health by enhancing maternal health management capabilities.Methods Leveraging the smart maternal and child electronic medical record(EMR)system and IoT technology,established a dynamic coupling platform linking"maternal self-management and offspring prognosis".The platform integrates four functional modules:pregnancy risk assessment,quantitative evaluation of prenatal self-management capacity,maternal-infant health linkage during the postpartum period,and long-term offspring follow-up.Preterm birth rates and maternal outcomes were compared between the pre-implementation(control group)and post-implementation(intervention group)cohorts.Results The preterm birth rate after platform implementation(5.86％)was significantly lower than that before implementation(7.45％),with a statistically significant difference(x2=3.888,P＜0.05).The maternal self-management scores were(92.01±12.56)points in the intervention group and(69.91±19.48)points in the control group,while satisfaction scores were(97.22±4.84)points versus(72.80±17.05)points,respectively.All intergroup differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.001).Conclusions The proposed digital preterm infant management platform effectively reduces preterm birth incidence and enhances maternal self-management capacity.关键词
