Early recognition of autism spectrum disorders
摘要
Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by impairments in social communication and interaction,restricted interests,and repetitive behaviors.It is widely acknowledged that early intervention can significantly improve long-term outcomes.However,the average age of diagnosis for children with ASD in China tends to be relatively high,leading to a low rate of early intervention.This review aims to summarize the early behavioral characteristics,screening tools,and recent advancements in early detection and diagnosis of ASD in children,in order to enhance pediatricians'understanding of the disorder and emphasize the importance of timely diagnosis and intervention.关键词
