基于SERVPERF模型的"互联网+护理服务"质量评价指标体系的构建
Construction of a quality evaluation index system for"Internet+nursing services"based on the SERVPERF model

Abstract
Objective:To construct a localized and scientific quality evaluation index system for"Internet+nursing services",so as to provide a standardized tool for nursing quality assessment.Methods:From June to December 2023,based on the SERVPERF model as the theoretical framework,the index framework was initially drafted based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.Then,the index system was established through the Delphi expert inquiry method,and the index weights were determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two-round letter inquiry questionnaire was 100.00%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.933.The Kendall's harmony coefficients were 0.149 and 0.270 respectively,eventually forming a quality evaluation index system of"Internet+nursing service"including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 43 third-level indicators.Conclusions:This index system has strong scientificity and reliability,which conforms to the current practice and working characteristics of"Internet+nursing services",and can provide an evaluation method for the continuous improvement of the quality of"Internet+nursing services".关键词
