婴儿父母感知脆弱程度量表的汉化及信效度检验
The localization and reliability and validity test of the Vulnerable Baby Scale for perceived vulnerability of infant parents

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Vulnerable Baby Scale(VBS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among parents of infants discharged from the neonatal intensive care units(NICU).Methods:With the authorization of the original author of the scale,VBS was translated,culturally adapted and revised according to the Brislin translation model to form the Chinese version of the scale.By using the convenience sampling method,203 parents of infants who were discharged after treatment in the NICU of three tertiary grade A hospitals in Zhenjiang City and Changzhou City from June to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:There were a total of 7 items in the Chinese version of VBS.2 factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 61.305%.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.833 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.933.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the overall scale was 0.800,and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.703 to 0.762.The split-half reliability was 0.825 and the test-retest reliability was 0.820.Conclusion:The Chinese version of VBS has good reliability and validity and can be used as an assessment tool for the perceived vulnerability level of infant parents.关键词
