超大特大城市紧凑发展与城市用地效率互动关系研究
Study on the Relationship between Compact Development and Urban Land Use Efficiency of China's Megacities

Abstract
Compact development and urban land use efficiency are closely related,and it is important to clarify the relationship between the two to promote the transformation of the development mode of megacities from external expansion to internal enhancement.This pa-per constructs a panel vector autoregressive model to investigate the interaction mechanism between compact development and urban land use efficiency of China's megacities from 2002 to 2021.It is found that the degree of compact development and urban land use ef-ficiency generally show a fluctuating upward trend.There is a benign interactive response relationship between compact development and urban land use efficiency.Both compact development and urban land use efficiency are characterized by self-reinforcing inertia,and compact development has a promotional effect on land use efficiency,but there is heterogeneity in different compactness dimen-sions.The study suggests that urban regeneration should be used as an entry point to steadily promote the compact development of ur-ban functions,and that dimensional adaptation should be used as a foothold to bring into play the promoting effect of urban compactness on urban land use efficiency.关键词
