Summary of evidence for ultra-early blood pressure management in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To extract,evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of ultra-early blood pressure management for patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,and provide basis for the identification and management of medical staff.Methods:According to the top-down principle of the"6S"evidence pyramid model,these database were searched including Systematic retrieval of BMJ Best Practice,UpToDate,and Joanna Briggs Institute of Australia The Institute(JBI)Evidence-Based Health Care Center database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database,Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Database and other websites and databases.The search period is from the establishment of the database to February 1,2024.Literature types include guidelines,systematic reviews,expert consensuses,best practices,randomized controlled trials,etc.Two researchers independently evaluated the included literature and extracted relevant evidence from the literature that met the quality standards.Results:Ultimately,10 papers were included,including 5 guidelines,1 systematic review,1 clinical decision,and 3 randomized controlled trials.17 best pieces of evidence were summarized from four dimensions:rapid diagnosis and assessment by multidisciplinary teams,ultra-early blood pressure management,disease observation,and health education.Conclusion:This study summarizes the best evidence for ultra-early blood pressure management strategies in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage,providing evidence-based support for clinical medical staff.关键词
