Best evidence summary for pulmonary rehabilitation training in ARDS patients

Abstract
Objective:To search,extract,evaluate and integrate the best evidence for pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:According to the"5S"model system,guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries,clinical decisions and systematic reviews related to pulmonary rehabilitation training for ARDS patients were retrieved from domestic and foreign databases,guideline websites and websites of pulmonary rehabilitation-related associations.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to July 31,2024.Literature screening,quality evaluation,and evidence extraction and summary were independently conducted by two researchers.Results:A total of 10 papers were included,comprising 5 guidelines,4 expert consensations,and 1 Meta-analysis.20 best pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 aspects,including the establishment of multidisciplinary teams,assessment,rehabilitation exercises,early activities,respiratory training and airway management,psychological intervention,and health education.Conclusions:The pulmonary rehabilitation team should conduct dynamic assessment of ARDS patients based on their conditions and training capabilities,combined with the best evidence,and formulate personalized pulmonary rehabilitation training programs,with the aim of providing evidence support for clinical nursing in critical cases.关键词
