摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate bacterial diversities,community structures of soils in typical karst forests and their influencing factors,soils from three typical karst areas[Du'an-Dahua(DA treatment),Leye(LY treatment)and Huanjiang(HJ treatment)]in proposed Southwest Karst National Park were selected as study objects,with soils from non-typical karst areas as controls(CK).Basic properties of soils were measured.Bacterial diversi-ties,community structures and their influencing factors were analyzed using 16S rRNA sequencing.Results showed that 619 species bacteria belonging to 2 kingdoms,52 phyla,109 classes,289 orders,442 families,768 genera were obtained.Numbers of unique soil bacterial OTU in CK as well as HJ,LY and DA treatments were 3 859,3 104,3 054 and 2 941 respectively.Soil bacterial richness and evenness were similar among CK as well as HJ,LY and DA treatments.Soil bacterial community structures of HJ,LY and DA treatments were more simi-lar to each other but distinct from CK.At phylum level,dominant soil bacterial phyla in CK as well as HJ,LY and DA treatments were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria and Chloroflexota.Proteobacteria exhib-ited the highest relative abundances in CK as well as LY and DA treatments,while Actinobacteria exhibited the highest relative abundance in HJ treatment.At order level,dominant soil bacterial orders in HJ,LY and DA treatments were Vicinamibacterales,Rhizobiales_A_504705,Gaiellales and Rokubacteriales.Dominant soil bacterial orders in CK were Rhizobiales_A_504705,Acidoferrales,Acidobacteriales and Vicinamibacterales.pH as well as contents of exchangeable aluminum and exchangeable zinc were identified as key environmental factors influcing bacterial community structures in typical karst soils.
