低温胁迫对广西盾翅藤生理特性的影响
Effect of Low-temperature Stress on Physiological Characteristics of Aspidopterys concava

Abstract
To provide references for promotion of Aspidopterys concava seedlings in colder regions,one-year-old A.concava seedlings were used as experimental materials.Taking room temperature as control,three tem-perature levels(3,0 and-3℃)and three treatment time(24,48 and 72 h)were set up in tow-factor experimen-tal design to explore physiological changes of A.concava seedlings under low-temperature stress.Results showed that under the same temperature,with extension of time,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity as well as contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein of A.concava seedlings overall showed trends of decrease first and then increase;activities of peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)as well as contents of chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll overall showed trends of increase first and then decrease;contents of chlorophyll a and free proline content increased.Under the same time,with decrease of temperature,CAT activity as well as contents of solu-ble sugar and soluble protein overall showed trends of decrease first and then increase;free proline content,ac-tivities of SOD and POD overall showed trends of increase first and then decrease;contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll overall showed trends of increase first and then decrease and then increase.Membership function analysis results indicated that comprehensive performance of A.concava seedlings was the best under 3℃48 h treatment,followed by 3℃72 h treatment and the worst under 0℃24 h treatment.It was fea-sible to attempt promotion and cultivation of A.concava in 3℃regions.关键词
