摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively prevent and control Nematus hequensis in Lhasa and screen suitable pesticides and dosages,leaf dipping method was used to determine efficacy and toxicities of eight insecticides with differ-ent concentrations against 3rd-instar larvae of N.hequensis in 24,48 and 72 h.Results showed that all eight in-secticides exhibited varying degrees of lethal effects on 3rd-instar larvae of N.hequensis at different concentra-tions and time.Toxicities of microbial pesticides were Metarhizium anisopliae>Beauveria bassiana>Bacillus thuringiensis.Toxicities of chemical pesticides were lambda-cyhalothrin>thiamethoxam>imidacloprid>acet-amiprid>methomyl chloride cyanide.Lambda-cyhalothrin,thiamethoxam and imidacloprid all demonstrated strong toxicities and rapid efficacy,characterized by short duration and high corrected mortality rate for 3rd-in-star larvae of N.hequensis.Effects of microbial pesticides were relatively slower.Corrected mortality rates for 3rd-instar larvae of N.hequensis were 100%when exposed to 0.077 mg/L of lambda-cyhalothrin,0.167 mg/L of thiamethoxam and 0.100 mg/L of imidacloprid,with all LC50 values being relatively small.These chemical peti-cides were recommended for controlling 3rd-instar larvae of N.hequensis.
