摘要

Abstract

In order to understand the main epidemic trends and molecular evolution characteristics of canine parvovirus in some areas of Fujian province,this study detected canine parvovirus in dog feces collected from 2019 to 2022.The VP2 full-length gene of the positive samples was sequenced,and then the genetic evolution analysis was performed.The re-sults showed that 147 out of 217 samples were positive for canine parvovirus and the infection rate was 67.74%.Thirty-one strains of CPV-2c(75.61%),8 strains of New CPV-2a(19.51%)and 2 strains of New CPV-2b(4.88%)were identified.CPV-2c was the main subtype of canine parvovirus circulating in some areas of Fujian province from 2019 to 2022.Phylogenetic analysis revealed 7 amino acid mutations in the isolated strains.The strains belonged to the same branch with the epidemic strains of subtypes in China from 2008 to 2022,and had a high genetic relationship.The strains were far from the strains isolated in the United States,Japan and Italy,and had obvious regional characteristics.This study enriches the genomic information database of canine parvovirus,and provides a certain reference for monitoring the variation of canine parvovirus,regional epidemic trend and vaccine development.
