Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 577 nm subthreshold micropulse laser(SML)in the treatment of persistent submacular fluid(SMF)in patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment after vitrectomy.Methods A Retrospective case study,18 eyes of 18 patients withrhegmatogenous retinal detachmentwho underwent vit-rectomy in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were included,and SMF lasted for more than 3 months after the surgery,and received SML treatment eventually.After followed up for 6 months,central macularthickness(CMT),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),and retinal blood flow density in macular area were compared before and after treatment.Results At 1month after SML treatment,SMF were absorped in all patients compare to before the treatment,and disap-peared completely in 4 patients(22.2%).At 3 months and 6 months after the treatment,SMF disappeared completely in 13 patients(72.2%)and 15 patients(83.3%),respectively.CMT was(339.11±26.07)μm before SML treatment,and(305.06±30.62),(276.39±37.06),(221.78±32.47),(216.78±33.20)μm at 2 week,1 month,3 months and 6 month after SML treatment,respectively.CMT decreased at all time points after the treatment compared with before the treatment.The BCVA was(0.78±0.22)before SML treatment,and(0.70±0.19),(0.66±0.16),(0.57±0.17),(0.53±0.16)at 2 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the treatment,respectively.The BCVA was improved at all time points after the treat-ment compared with before the treatment.There was no significant statisticdifference in macular superficial and deep capil-lary plexus vessel density at each time point during the follow-up period.Conclusions 577 nm micropulse laser is effec-tive and safe in treating submacular effusion after vitrectomy for rheogenic retinal detachment.关键词
