康柏西普联合甲钴胺对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视功能恢复及血管新生因子、氧化应激指标的影响
The effect of conbercept combined with mecobalamin on visual function,neovascular factors and free radi-cals in patients with diabetes retinopathy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of conbercept combined with mecobalamin on visual function,fun-dus hemodynamics,neovascular factors and free radicals in patients with diabetes retinopathy(DR).Methods The pro-spective case-control study.100 DR patients who visited our hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases)using the touch ball method.Both groups were given rou-tine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with intravitreal injection of conbercept,the study group was treated with mecobalamin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were received continuous treatment for 3 months.Compare the changes of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure,central macular thickness(CMT),fundus hemodynamics[peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)],neovascular factors[vascular endo-thelial growth factor(VEGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),periostin],free radical indicators[superoxide dis-mutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]before and after treatment between the two groups.Results Three months af-ter treatment,the BCVA,IOP and CMT of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the BCVA of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while the IOP and CMT were lower than that of the con-trol group(all P<0.05).The levels of serum SOD,VEGF,IGF-1,and periostin were decreased in the two groups com-pared to before treatment,the levels of MDA was increased compared to before treatment,and the levels of serum SOD,VEGF,IGF-1,and periostin in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of MDA was higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The PSV and EDV were increased in the two groups compared to be-fore treatment,and the PSV and EDV in the study group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Con-clusions Conbercept combined with mecobalamin can help improve visual function and fundus hemodynamics,inhibit non functional neovascularization,and reduce oxidative stress response to retinal damage in DR patients.It has certain clinical application value.关键词
