白内障术后早期不同类型人工晶状体与后囊膜贴附状态及其对术后视觉质量影响的研究
Early morphologic changes in posterior capsule-optic adhesion to different intraocular lens(IOL)and the ef-fect on visual quality following cataract surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the early morphology of posterior capsule-optic adhesion to different intra-ocular lens(IOL),the effect of different morphologic changes in adhesion on visual quality following cataract surgery.Methods Acohort study.Based on sample size calculations,88 eyes of 88 patients age of 67.97±10.21 years(61.75～77 years)underwent uneventful phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL)implantation in Weifang Eye Hospitalfrom August to December 2022 were collected,and were assigned into 3 groups based on the type of IOL:HOYA Vivinex XY1,HOYA iSert 251 and AQ-310Ni.All eyes were examined to observe the morphologic changes in posterior capsule-optic ad-hesion to IOL.The uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),the modulation transfer func-tion cutoff frequency(MTF cutoff),Strehl ratio(SR),object scatter index(OSI),three OQAS values(OV100%,OV20%,and OV9%),total aberration,lower order aberrations(LOA),higher order aberrations(HOA),spherical aberration(SA),coma and trefoil aberrations were tested and compared.Results The rate of posterior capsular adhesion to HOYA vivinex XY1 after the surgery was 48.48%,which was higher compared with AQ-310Ni(30.77%)and HOYA iSert 251(13.79%).The difference in HOA and trefoil aberrations between patients with and without posterior capsule-optic adhesion to IOL was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in UCVA,BCVA,MTF cutoff,SR,OSI,OV100%,OV20%,and OV9%,total aberration,LOA,HOA,SA and coma between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistical differences in visual quality among 3 different IOL groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The morphology of pos-terior capsule-IOL adhesion,which can affect the visual quality following cataract surgery,changes for different intraocular lenses,textured-rough haptic surface can promote the adhesion.关键词
