Abstract
The joint construction of mixed ownership industrial colleges by schools and enterprises is a new path for deepening the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education and school-enterprise cooperation in China.In recent years,many vocational colleges and enterprises in China have actively explored the construction model of mixed ownership industrial colleges,achieving significant results.However,in practical operation,there are also some challenges,such as unclear legal status,insufficient independence of education,imperfect governance structure,inadequate cooperation mechanism,insufficient collaborative ability between schools and enterprises,and poor effectiveness of"dual"education.This article conducts practical exploration and research on the development optimization path of mixed ownership industrial colleges,and proposes solutions such as clarifying legal status and policy support,optimizing governance structure,and improving collaborative education mechanism as reference ideas to promote the sustainable development of mixed ownership industrial colleges jointly built by schools and enterprises in China.关键词
