摘要
Abstract
The Chinese-style apprenticeship system is one of the important institutional forms of vocational education in China under the new era background,and also a crucial choice for promoting the high-quality development of China's vocational education modernization.This study systematically reviews the policies related to the Chinese-style apprenticeship system.Through analyzing word frequency and semantic networks of relevant policies since the reform and opening-up using ROST-CM6 software,it reveals that:The number of Chinese-style apprenticeship policies has shown an overall upward trend,evolving through three periods-gestation and exploration,initial development,and deepening improvement.Analysis of policy content,subjects,objectives,and instruments demonstrates that while the current policy system has become increasingly refined,it still faces issues such as insufficient enthusiasm among policy participants,imperfect policy supply,and imbalanced allocation of policy instruments.Therefore,the study proposes that further efforts should be made to balance the demands of all stakeholders,improve top-level design,and optimize the allocation of policy instruments to enhance the effectiveness of Chinese-style apprenticeship policies in the new era.关键词
