Zhejiang Practice of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges in the New Era:Characteristics,Challenges,and Optimization Paths

Abstract
Labor education in the new era needs to shift from traditional skills education to holistic development education to meet the new demands of social and economic development.This study is based on the current practices of labor education in vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province and combines comparative analysis with the implementation of labor education in vocational colleges nationwide to explore the characteristics,challenges,and optimization paths of labor education in vocational colleges in the new era.Using a mixed-methods research design,the study reveals the characteristics of labor education in Zhejiang's vocational colleges in terms of organizational mechanisms,curriculum systems,practical innovations,and safeguard measures through quantitative questionnaires and qualitative case analyses.It also analyzes the structural contradictions faced by labor education from the dimensions of faculty,funding,evaluation,concepts,school-enterprise cooperation,and policy support.The study proposes optimizing the system of labor education in vocational colleges by renewing concepts,reconstructing curricula,strengthening faculty,enhancing school-enterprise collaboration,and reforming evaluation methods,providing references for the advancement of labor education in vocational colleges nationwide.关键词
