优秀产业工人的具象特征对职业院校育人方式的启示
The Inspiration of the Concrete Characteristics of Excellent Industrial Workers to the Way of Education in Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
As technology advances and industrial structures upgrade,cultivating industrial workers,particularly highly-skilled ones,has gained prominence.Using grounded theory,this study thoroughly examined the growth trajectories of 10 outstanding industrial workers and identified"diligence""enjoyment of work"and"enterprising spirit"as their key shared characteristics.To translate the growth experiences of these excellent industrial workers into vocational education practices,six recommendations are proposed:creating a"Customized Learning Resource Library"and"Learning Community";implementing"Production-Learning-Research-Application"integrated projects;promoting the cultivation of a"Craftsman Spirit"culture;strengthening social responsibility and public welfare education;establishing an"Industrial Mentor"system;and setting up a"Skill Challenge and Innovation Fund".These suggestions aim to provide references for vocational colleges in curriculum design,teaching methods,faculty development,and other areas,to produce more skilled and innovative industrial workers who meet the needs of a skill-based society.关键词
