Research on the Cultivation Path of Digital Talents in Finance and Business Related Majors
摘要
Abstract
The digital era is profoundly changing the field of finance and business.Through analyzing the demand for digital talents of finance and business related majors,this paper discusses the problems existing in talent cultivation,and puts forward approaches such as optimizing the curriculum,strengthening the teaching team,deepening the integration of industry and education,innovating teaching methods and improving the evaluation system,so as to improve the digital literacy and comprehensive competitiveness of finance and business professionals.关键词
