角膜胶原交联术治疗圆锥角膜新进展
New progress in corneal collagen cross-linking for the treatment of keratoconus
摘要
Abstract
Keratoconus is a progressive corneal thinning disease that can lead to vision loss.In the past 20 years,corneal cross-linking(CXL)has become an effective method to prevent the progression of keratoconus and reduce the num-ber of patients requiring corneal transplantation.This surgery has been adopted globally and has developed as part of a com-bination therapy that standardizes the cornea and improves visual outcomes.CXL has even been extrapolated to treat other eye diseases,such as progressive myopia and infectious keratitis.This article aims to summarize the role and alternative uses of CXL in keratoconus,and provide insights for the future development of this rapidly developing field.关键词
