穿戴式长程动态心电监测记录仪在冠心病患者PCI术后的应用研究
Application of Wearable Long-Range Dynamic Electrocardiogram Monito-ring Recorder in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of wearable long-range dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring recorder on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods In total,105 CHD patients who received PCI were selected from August 2022 to August 2023.According to different dynamic electro-cardiogram monitoring methods,the patients were divided into traditional group(n=51)and research group(n=54).The traditional group received traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring,while the research group was given traditional 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring,which was,then after an interval of 24 h,given a new wearable long-range dy-namic electrocardiogram recorder for monitoring for 24 h.The monitoring results,abnormality detection time and reporting time,comfort satisfaction of wearing electrocardiogram examination equipment,and occurrence of adverse events were com-pared between the two groups.Results The detection rates of atrial premature beats,paired atrial premature beats and bi-triple rhythm,ventricular premature beats,paired atrial premature beats and bi-triple rhythm,paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia in research group were higher than those in traditional group(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The abnormality detection time and reporting time were shorter in research group than those in traditional group(P＜0.01).The total comfort satisfaction of electrocardiogram examination equipment wearing in research group was 92.59%(50/54),which was higher than 78.43%(40/51)in traditional group,with a significant difference(P＜0.05).The incidence of ad-verse events with1.85%(1/54)in research group was lower than 11.73%(6/51)in traditional group,with a significant significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion New wearable long-range dynamic electrocardiogram recorder can carry out long-term continuous monitoring,shorten the abnormality detection time and reporting time,and enhance the comfort of patients,and it has low incidence of adverse events.关键词
