Abstract
The high-pressure common rail fuel injection system has the advantages of high fuel injection pressure,high injection control precision,high combustion efficiency,etc.However,it still faces the challenges of uneven combustion,emission pollution,fuel economy optimisation,etc.during the operation.This paper focuses on the combustion charac-teristics of high-pressure common rail diesel engine,focuses on the analysis of the influence of injection parameters(injection pressure,injection volume,injection moment,injection strategy)on the combustion process,and combines experimental testing and simulation analysis to explore the optimisation scheme.The research results show that reasona-ble regulation of injection parameters can effectively improve combustion uniformity,improve thermal efficiency,reduce NO?and particulate matter(PM)and other pollutant emissions,improve combustion performance and reduce emission levels,and the research results can provide technical support for energy saving and emission reduction and combustion optimisation of high-pressure common rail diesel engines.关键词
