白内障多焦点人工晶状体植入术前后Kappa角变化及与前房深度和瞳孔直径的相关性分析
Changes in Kappa Angle before and after Multifocal Intraocular Lens Im-plantation in Cataract Patients and Its Correlation with Anterior Chamber Depth and Pupil Diameter

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes in Kappa angle and its relationship with anterior chamber depth and pupil diameter before and after multifocal intraocular lens(MIOL)implantation in cataract patients.Methods A retrospec-tive analysis was performed on 60 cataract patients(60 eyes)admitted from January 2022 to July 2024,all of whom underwent MIOL implantation.The size and direction of Kappa angle before and after surgery were compared,Pearson correlation analy-sis was used to analyze the correlation between Kappa angle,pupil diameter and anterior chamber depth before and after sur-gery,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of size of Kappa angle before and after surgery.Results The size and direction of Kappa Angle decreased,pupil diameter decreased and anterior chamber depth increased in 60 patients after surgery(P＜0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that preoperative size of Kappa angle was positively correlated with preoperative pupil diameter and negatively correlated with preoperative anterior chamber depth(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between size of Kappa angle and pupil diameter before and after surgery(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that preoperative Kappa angle was correlated with preopera-tive pupil diameter and anterior chamber depth(P＜0.01).The Kappa angle was correlated with the pupil diameter(P＜0.01).Poor distal vision quality was found in 1 of 60 patients.Conclusion The Kappa angle of cataract patients after MIOL implantation has a downward trend.The decrease of Kappa angle has a certain relationship with anterior chamber depth and pupil diameter.关键词
