清热祛湿方联合锡类散灌肠治疗轻中度大肠湿热证溃疡性结肠炎的效果观察
Observation on the Efficacy of Enema with Qingre Qushi Recipe Combined with Xilei Powder in the Treatment of Mild to Moderate Damp-Heat Syn-drome of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of enema with Qingre Qushi recipe combined with Xilei powder in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods The general data of 76 patients with UC admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 38 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with enema with Qingre Qushi recipe combined with Xilei powder,and the control group was treated with Mesalazine administered rectally.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of intestinal mucosal injury,the improvement of clinical symptoms,the level of inflammation,the incidence of ad-verse reactions and the recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observa-tion group[94.74%(36/38)]was higher than that in the control group[92.11%(35/38)],but the difference was not signifi-cant(P＞0.05).After treatment,the Baron and Mayo scores,C reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-8 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The scores of tenesmus,diarrhea and mucopurulent and bloody stool in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the score of tenesmus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions[7.89%(3/38)]and the recurrence rate[2.63%(1/38)]were lower in the observation group than in the control group[26.32%(10/38),15.79%(6/38)],show-ing significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Enema with Qingre Qushi recipe combined with Xilei powder has the same efficacy as conventional western medicine in the treatment of UC,which can reduce inflammation,effectively improve intestinal mucosal injury and clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.关键词
