摘要

Abstract

This article designs an intelligent welding system for agricultural machinery,integrating advanced robot weld-ing technology,computer vision recognition,intelligent control algorithms and data monitoring and optimisation means to realise the automation,intelligence and high-precision control of the welding process.Through the optimisation of welding path planning,online quality monitoring and intelligent parameter self-adaptive adjustment,the welding quality and production efficiency are improved.Experimental results show that the system can effectively improve welding stabil-ity,reduce human error,and meet the demand for high-quality welding in agricultural machinery manufacturing.
