摘要

Abstract

This paper analyzes the use scenarios and processing difficulties of five common machining methods for eccen-tric shafts,and proposes a new method for machining eccentric shafts.Then,the eccentric shaft is modeled with three-dimensional modeling software,roughened the eccentric shaft with the advanced rotation command of Mastercam soft-ware,semi-finishing and finishing of the eccentric shaft with the triangular mesh function,and numerical control ma-chining is generated with the rear function.Finally,the eccentric axis is simulated and processed with Vericut simulation software,providing an efficient processing method for the eccentric shaft.
