摘要

Abstract

Typhoon disasters frequently occur in cities along the southeast coast of China,causing serious impacts on the normal operation of power distribution network.This paper proposes a two-stage optimization model for distribution network reconstruction in typhoon disasters.the distribution network is divided into regions,and the impact of typhoons on power lines is simulated.A set of faulty lines is obtained through Monte Carlo sampling.During the disaster phase,when the system is operating at reduced load,the distribution network is reconstructed to restore normal power supply to some important loads.In the post disaster stage,the repair team repairs the faulty lines with the objective function of maximizing load recovery,and uses Particle Swarm Optimization to generate the optimal repair sequence.In the process of line repair,fault repair and distribution network reconstruction are coordinated to achieve normal power supply for all loads in the distribution system in the shortest possible time.Taking the IEEE 33 distribution system as an example for simulation analysis,the results show that the proposed strategy can ensure the power supply of loads in the system in the shortest possible time after a typhoon disaster occurs.
