近距型激光测风雷达测风数据质量随天气和高度衰变试验
Experimental Study on Decay of Wind Data Quality with Weather and Altitude of Short-Range Wind Lidar

Abstract
To verify the reliability of the wind lidar measurement data,based on the on-site vertical detection data of two short-range(300 m)wind lidars,the wind measurement data from a 200 m anemometer tower and the minute precipitation data of nearby provincial meteorological observation stations,the data integrity rate and horizontal wind speed accuracy are used as the main measurement indicators.To comprehensively evaluate the decay and difference characteristics of the detection performance of the two devices with increasing altitude under different weather conditions.The results show that the change of altitude layer will affect the data integrity rate during the precipitation periods.The wind lidar and the anemometer tower have a linear relationship and significant correlation in measuring wind speed.The average deviation of the two devices during the affected periods at various heights ranges from 0.2 m/s to 0.3 m/s,while during the unaffected periods,it varies between-0.1 m/s and 0.2 m/s.The average absolute error of both devices across different wind speed ranges follows a U-shaped distribution with the variation of wind speed.Both average bias and average absolute error are relatively large during low or high wind speeds,with a positive bias during low wind speeds and a negative bias during high wind speeds.In the intermediate wind speed range,the average bias is smaller.The measurement results of the wind lidar are consistent with those of the anemometer tower,and both altitude and wind speed have a certain impact on the measurement accuracy.关键词
