摘要

Abstract

As the size and flexibility of wind turbine blades continue to increase,wind turbines are prone to tower sweeping.Whether the blade clearance can meet the operational requirements has become a key issue restricting the design of the wind turbine.This paper proposes a method for calculating blade clearance,which uses coordinate transformation to transform the reference section from the root coordinate system to the tower bottom coordinate system.Considering the reference section is similar to airfoil quadrangle,it can achieve real-time prediction and control of blade clearance.Taking a domestic MW-level wind turbine as an example,simulation analysis is conducted based on the calculation method of blade clearance.The results verifie the rationality and effectiveness of the calculation method,providing support for the engineering application of blade clearance measurement technology.
