Abstract
Aiming at the frequent quality issues faced by the rapid iteration of wind turbine unit capacity in the wind power industry,resulted in a large amount of quality costs,the author proposes a digital transformation strategy for quality,including the quality management system as well as the digital management system that covers factors such as component development,supply chain quality control,base assembly quality control,wind turbine archive management,reliability management,customer satisfaction management,and on-line proactive defense,et al.It is possible to realize the purpose of visualizing the feedback of the implementation results.It is pointed out that the quality of digital strategic transformation in the enterprise is mainly manifested in reducing the quality cost of wind turbine operation and maintenance,improving the quality assurance rate of project entry and exit,and promoting the establishment of a unified standard for the interface of the components adopted by wind turbine manufacturers in the wind power industry.At the same time,through the large-scale production,the substitutability is achieved by reducing material procurement costs.In addition,the proposed quality digitalization strategy needs to rely on real-time big data analysis to accurately grasp the quality performance of wind turbines at all stages of operation,so as to provide a scientific basis for the assessment of the actual value of wind farms,measurement of the manufacturing level of the base and supplier product quality control.关键词
