E.U.'s Experiences in Developing an Industry-University-Research Cooperation Platform for Photonics and Its Inspirations:Practices of Photonics21

Abstract
To promote collaborative innovation among industry,academia,and research in the field of photonics,the European Union(E.U.)has integrated innovative resources through the Photonic Technology Platform,Photonics21.This initiative has established a collaborative platform that fostering an innovation ecosystem aimed at industrial development.An analysis of the organizational management and strategies of Photonics21 reveals that it adopts a bottom-up approach to formulating a development strategy,with a focus on industrial applications.The platform establishes itself through continuous demonstration projects,promotes the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements via public-private partnership initiatives,and emphasizes the significance of innovation services for small and medium-sized enterprises.As a result,it has constructed a collaborative innovation ecosystem for photonic technology and industry within the E.U.The organizational management experiences and strategies developed by Photonics21 may serve as a valuable reference for China.关键词
