Initiatives and Implications of Major Innovative Countries in Funding Digital Research Infrastructure

Abstract
Digital scientific research infrastructure is a collection of tools and services that utilize digital technology to store,manage,analyze and operate scientific research data.In the current era where research data has become a fundamental resource,it is particularly urgent to promote the development of digital research infrastructure.By examining the project settings and related reports of public science funding agencies in the United States,the United Kingdom,Germany and Japan,it can be found that the public funding agencies of the major innovation countrieshave set up funding plans for digital scientific research infrastructure relatively early and managed them systematically.They possess the basic characteristics of early start and initial success,high attention,relatively complete management mechanisms,and emphasis on systematic layout.China's public science funding agencies should seize the development opportunities of the digital intelligence era,strengthen top-level design,add funding projects for digital scientific research infrastructure,formulate systematic and long-term related funding plans,establish a complete funding management mechanism for digital scientific research infrastructure,promote the construction and development of digital scientific research infrastructure in China,and accelerate the digital intelligence transformation of the scientific research paradigm.关键词
