Development Process and Experience of Digital Economy in the United States
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global wave of digital economy development,this paper reveals the fundamental theoretical logic of the development of the digital economy based on the theory of techno-economic paradigms,and comprehensively analyzes the digital economy related strategic plans,policies and regulations,and related measures formulated and implemented by the United States since 1993.This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of the industrial development scale,employment scale,and enterprise development trend of the United States over the past few decades,and analyzed the experience of rapid development of the U.S.digital economy from five aspects:strategic planning,technical support,open data,property rights protection,and talent team building,which provide some lessons for China to develop its digital economy.关键词
