Abstract
Since its development in the 20th century,the Stage-Gate management model has become widely adopted by numerous global technology leaders due to its strengths in fluidity,flexibility,and focused.Against the backdrop of global trends of cutting-edge technologies—and with the objective of enhancing the efficiency of technology transfer in China's leading technology firms,this paper first reviews the theoretical foundations and traces the evolution of the Stage-Gate model from a global perspective.It then traces the evolution of this model and proposes an Stage-Gate R&D management system tailored to the commercialization of cutting-edge technologies for leading technology companies.Finally,this paper presents four strategic recommendations:strengthening the top-level design of the Stage-Gate management system,creating a differentiated project initiation mechanism,establishing robust support mechanisms,and refining the evaluation framework for management.These measures aim to create a synergistic effect with the proposed R&D management system,facilitating the construction of a modern research management structure for China's leading technology companies.By accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productive forces,these firms can further promote industrial innovation and the development of new quality productive forces.关键词
