新时期中国城市创新能力评价研究
Research of the Evaluation of Urban Innovation Capability in China in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
A new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is deepening,and the global order and development pattern are being reshaped.China needs to accelerate the construction of a strong technological country,constantly open up new fields and tracks,and promote a significant leap in technological innovation strength.Cities are the main battlefield for conducting scientific and technological innovation activities such as basic research,technological development,and industrialization.Conducting a nationwide evaluation of urban innovation capabilities can help cities identify their strengths and weaknesses in innovation across the country,identify their own innovative characteristics,and accelerate the achievement of innovation level leap and high-quality development.This article explores the construction of an evaluation system for urban innovation capability in China in the new stage,the selection of evaluation methods,and the classification of urban innovation.It presents the top 100 cities in China for innovation capability and selects Xi'an as a representative city for innovation portrait analysis.Based on the new development situation,some policy recommendations are proposed for urban innovation.关键词
