China's Innovation Performance and Challenges:Insights from the 2024 Global Innovation Index

摘要
Abstract
The Global Innovation Index published by World Intellectual Property is one of the major international reports to evaluate innovation capabilities,which has a wide influence and recognition.This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the main conclusions of the 2024 Global Innovation Index report,assessing China's innovation advantages and challenges.Based on this,a series of targeted policy suggestions are put forward,such as increasing investment in innovation fields,building a collaborative innovation chain for Industry-University-Research,improving the layout of regional scientific and technological innovation systems,actively integrating into global innovation networks,and enhancing green innovation capabilities,so as to provide reference for China to further strengthen its innovation capabilities and accelerate its progress to the forefront of innovative countries.关键词
