Abstract
To elucidate the anti-aging material basis and mechanisms of the Panax ginseng-Atrac-tylodes macrocephala(Ginseng-White Atractylodes)herb pair,this study utilized network pharmacolo-gy approaches.Chemical components of the herb pair were obtained from the TCMSP database,and their corresponding targets were collected using Swiss Target Prediction database.Aging-related targets were identified from GeneCards,OMIM,DiGSee,and HAGR databases.The common aging targets between the herb pair were determined using Venny 2.1.A drug-component-target-disease network was con-structed using Cytoscape 3.8.2,while a protein-protein interaction network was established via the STRING database.GO function and KEGG pathway enrichment analyses were conducted using the DA-VID database.Results revealed that Ginseng contains 22 active components and Atractylodes macro-cephala contains 7,collectively regulating 159 targets and 171 signaling pathways with anti-aging effects;key chemical components,including kaempferol,β-sitosterol,stigmasterol,inermin,and 3β-ace-toxyatractylone,mediate anti-aging effects through signaling pathways involving JUN,AKT1,TNF,CASP3,and CYP2B6.关键词
