Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of mouse nerve growth factor combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training on cognitive function and limb motor function in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 64 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction admitted to Yiyuan County People's Hospital from September 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. Both groups were given secondary stroke prevention treatment, the control group was given task-oriented rehabilitation training, and the study group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks. The limb motor function, neurological function, cognitive function, and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of upper adn lower extremity Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale,Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale,Neurobehavioral Cognitive State Examination and Barthel Index in both group were higher than those before treatment, and the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale of both group were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mouse nerve growth factor combined with task-oriented rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction has a good effect, which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the cognitive function and limb motor function, and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
